Will has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, recently having set up and managed a successful serviced accommodation business of 35 units. Will is a proud Pillow Partners mentor and a former Regional Property Manager at the same firm. After working with investors across various property strategies, Will has partnered with Matt & Siobhan to offer detailed courses and mentoring, specialising in the serviced accommodation strategy.

He has built an incredibly impressive and well-respected packaging company from scratch. We are award winning Serviced Accommodation operators and incredibly experienced Deal Packagers who have built a solid, highly rated and profitable hospitality and packaging business over a number of years. Our knowledge and hands-on experience can support you heavily with scaling your business, creating positive (in some cases passive) cash flowing assets that can literally transform your life.
Some other successful sides to our business are Social Housing, Supported Living and Buy Refurbish Refinance Rent.
We offer 1 to 1 and group mentoring programs in which we support our mentees 5 days a week via phone, video call, message and physical meet-ups. The full investment process can be extremely daunting with so much to learn and implement along the way. We will be by your side throughout your chosen strategy. Within this program we also introduce our interns to our network and share incredibly valuable first hand experience plus provide all of the resources that you require.

Mentoring isn't just about training. We understand that everyone has different lifestyles, time available, budgets, and personal responsibilities. Our 1-2-1 mentoring is tailored to your current 'life situation' which may of course change over time. We do hold you fully accountable for your progress (nicely haha), and we focus our teaching on taking regular action to ensure that you make progress every week. DEAL PACKAGING INTERNSHIP PROGRAM:
Whether you would like to escape your day job, create a side business or simply embark on a paid work experience program you can learn from us. Our Internship teaches you everything that you need to know about sourcing property, blocks and land for investors. You will benefit from full tuition, personal support and fully funded training in which you will work with us whilst monetising exactly what you have learnt in real time as part of your internship.
Price: £3000 (funded collaboratively with us)
CONSULTATION CALLS:
Running a Serviced Accommodation, Deal Packaging or BRRR business can be extremely full-on at times. You will most likely have heaps of questions and run in to some hurdles along the way (like we did at the beginning of our journey). We are here to guide you step by step in how to roll out and scale up.
